It is an anonymous work or pseudonymous work and 50 years have passed since the date of its publication
It is a work created on payment of remuneration at the initiation or direction of any person or organization and 50 years have passed since the date of its publication
It is a photographic work or work of applied art and 25 years have passed since the year the work was created
It is another kind of work, and 50 years have passed since the year of death of the author (or last-surviving author)
It is a "court judgement or administrative decision"
