A military rank infobox may be used to summarize information about a military rank in a particular service branch of a country's armed forces. The infobox should be added using the {{infobox military rank}}
template, as shown below:
{{Infobox military rank | name = | native_name = | image = | image_size = | alt = | caption = | image2 = | image_size2 = | alt2 = | caption2 = | image3 = | image_size3 = | alt3 = | caption3 = | country = | service branch = | abbreviation = | rank group = | rank = | NATO rank = | Non-NATO rank = | pay grade = | formation = | abolished = | higher rank = | lower rank = | equivalents = | history = }}
Note: When using parameters, avoid the ambiguous abbreviation "N/A", and instead use "unknown" or "none". All subjective or qualitative judgements and numerical quantities or statistics must be cited to a reliable source (see WP:MILMOS#CITE).
