Par ailleurs ils admettent parfaitement
le bien fondè de la demande. Aussi ai
je fait demander un rendez vous pour
presenter un projet prevoyant la transf.
de S.A.R.L. en S.A. avec un titre
quelconque. J'ai egalement d autres
moyens donc "bien que la situation puisse
etre considere comme grave il n'y a
pas lieu de se decourager "
D'autre part Me. M. m'ayant dit
qu"ils" etaient envoyès d'avoir à
refuser après avoir presque accepter, je
lui ai proposè de faire une demande
en donation des valeurs pers. de la B.d.F.
(pour commencer) Je me suis mis en
rapport avec un notaire de Paris.

fait parvenir une procuration que tu me
renverras et avec laquelle je ferai le

J'ai egalement fait demander par
le notaire à l'administrateur les
details concernant les valeurs. Une
fois ceux-ci en main le notaire fera
le modèle de procuration que tu
rènverra pour la donation. Il est
necessaire de faire celle ci à Paris pour
ne pas payer les droits. Les C.I. de Paris
admettent la suspension de droits moyennant
un droit fixe de Frcs:35. Il y aura aussi
pour nomination d'un curateur pour Jacques.
etc... etc... Autorisation demandèe ensuite.
Cela doit marcher, et cela ne coute que
 35 frcs+honoraires.
