Usage
This template marks that a UK file's author unknown and it's sufficiently old that it entered the public domain in the United Kingdom. The file may, or may not, be public domain in the United States, which can be stated in the first unnamed parameter (this is mandatory):
local
means that the file is in the public domain in the US as well;commons
means that the file is in the public domain in the US as well, and it is a candidate to be moved to Commons;restored
means that the file's copyright has been restored in the US by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act, which means that the file is non-free for Wikipedia and should have an appropriate use rationale.
The second unnamed parameter is optional and can contain free text that appears below the UK copyright status, but above the US copyright status.
